Order
Unless otherwise specified, it's available — but because many of what we carry is one-of-a-kind or made in small runs, quantities are limited and often don't come back. When something's gone, it's gone. Select pieces are available as Made-to-Order and lead times vary by item.
To be notified if a sold-out piece becomes available again, enter your email address on the product page to be emailed when it's back in stock.
Yes. Onnie began inside a working design studio, so we deeply value collaborating with our fellow designers and makers. Our Trade Program offers an exclusive 15% discount on all Onnie-designed furniture, along with a first look at new arrivals and a direct line to our team. To get started, you can review our full program details and submit your application on our Trade Program page.
Shipping
Standard Shipping: Our in-stock pieces typically ship within 5–7 business days via UPS Ground. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air is available at checkout.
Large and Fragile Items: Furniture, lighting and other select large or more fragile pieces ship via White Glove Delivery service. Because this service is calculated based on your zip code, it follows a longer timeline. Our team will be in touch directly to coordinate delivery once your order is placed.
Made-to-Order and COM: Made-to-Order furniture and pieces in your own fabric (COM) follow a longer timeline, which we'll confirm with you directly.
Standard Shipping: We ship standard UPS orders anywhere within the United States.
White Glove Delivery: Our specialized delivery service for furniture, lighting, and other select large or more fragile pieces is available throughout the contiguous United States. Please note White Glove service carries an additional fee, and our team will provide a tailored delivery quote following your inquiry or order placement.
Returns
We stand by the design, quality, and craftsmanship of our products, and we want every piece to feel right at home. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be sent back for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return packages must be shipped and postmarked within the 14-day window to qualify.
To process your return, proof of purchase is required, and all items must be in their original condition and packaging. Damaged, used, or altered products will not be accepted. Please note that all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We highly recommend all returns be sent insured and with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Please get in touch with us through the Contact Us page to start the process.
All furniture, lighting and other select large or more fragile pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Custom, made-to-order pieces are also ineligible for return, cancellation, or exchange – custom pieces are made once, for one home.
We ask that all orders be thoroughly inspected upon delivery. Should your shipment incur any transit damages, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery at info@onnie.com with your order number and photographs of both the damaged item and original packaging so we can resolve this for you right away.
Note tracking details for each order are sent automatically via email. Onnie is not responsible for missing, lost, or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed by the carrier.
Please get in touch with us through the Contact Us page to start the process.
Product Care
Because our collection features pieces made by hand, each item carries natural variation in color, shape, and finish — that's the charm, not a defect.
Only where noted. Many of our vessels and bowls are intended for decorative use and are not watertight or food-safe — check the Details tab on each product page before filling.
All throws and pillows are Dry Clean Only. Leather naturally softens and deepens with handling — let it age, and keep it out of direct, prolonged sun.
You might notice this warning because of California’s Proposition 65, which requires businesses to notify customers if a product contains even trace amounts of certain chemicals. Because our collection features pieces made by hand from natural materials, these warnings are often included out of an abundance of caution to comply with California law, even if the item is completely safe for normal use. To learn more about the specific regulations, chemicals, and what these labels mean, you can visit the official California Proposition 65 Warnings Website.
